The Refugio is Patagonia's classic daypack series that excels for the everyday and stands up to years of travel to come. The Refugio Daypack 32L has a spacious interior and plenty of pockets and internal organization, so you can fit tons of gear or even enough for a quick weekend trip. It still has all the essential features, like 100% recycled materials with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish made without intentionally added PFAS, a laptop sleeve, hydration hanger access and water bottle pockets. - Patagonia Burlington currently ships items to all 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to Military APO / FPO addresses.

- If your order meets or exceeds the amount advertised on the website, you qualify for free shipping. Choose the FREE delivery option (up to 10 business days) at checkout. This offer is valid for orders shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. The Free shipping option is not valid for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or anywhere else outside of the lower 48 states. Free shipping orders will be shipped by the most appropriate method based on their physical size and destination.

- 2-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take three days. Next-Day Delivery is available only in the continental US. Next-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 1-2 days.

- All shipping methods do not deliver on weekends, but the on business days (Mon-Fri).

- We currently do not ship to International addresses.

Returns and Exchanges

- All products purchased online should be returned within 101 days of delivery in new condition, and with all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories to insure full credit. Swimwear, bike shorts, running shorts with liners, and underwear must be returned unworn with all tags still attached and any protective liners still in place. Please wear undergarments when trying on these items. Pack the item(s) securely in the original package, if possible. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Shipping charges will apply for exchanged items. You will be refunded the corresponding shipping cost if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. We can also arrange a call tag or a return service label in the case of an exchange due to an error on our part.
