Overview: This position plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by maintaining accurate inventory and efficiently fulfilling e-commerce orders. The E-Commerce Fulfillment & Inventory Specialist will divide their time between Patagonia Burlington and Skirack, supporting both stores through online order fulfillment, receiving merchandise, inventory organization, replenishment, and stockroom management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working behind the scenes, and contributing to a high-performing retail operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and ship e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Receive incoming merchandise, verify shipments, and process inventory accurately.
- Organize and maintain stockrooms to ensure products are easy to locate and accessible.
- Assist with store operations and provide support in other areas of the business as needed
- Manage backstock and replenish the sales floor to maintain merchandise availability and presentation standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, transfers, and other inventory control processes.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and communicate discrepancies or operational issues to management.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving, stockroom, and fulfillment areas.
- Coordinate inventory movement and operational support between Patagonia Burlington and Skirack.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail inventory, receiving, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred.
- Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, shipping software, and POS systems; experience with Lightspeed POS is a plus.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
- Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
